Terms and conditions

1. Rental Agreement

By renting equipment from DFW Party Services, the customer (hereafter referred to as “Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is legally binding upon signing or submitting an order.

2. Rental Period

Rental items are provided for a period of [24 hours/days].

Additional time must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.

Late returns will result in a fee of [$24] per [hour/day].

3. Delivery and Pickup

Standard delivery and pickup are provided during regular business hours.

Fees may apply for delivery outside of the standard range or time.

The Client is responsible for ensuring access to the setup location.

4. Setup and Takedown

Setup and takedown are included for certain equipment (e.g., tents, inflatables).

Client must ensure the area is clear of obstructions and suitable for setup.

Extra charges apply for setup on hard surfaces or poor site conditions.

5. Payment and Deposits

A [10%] deposit is required to confirm your reservation on busy days

Full payment is due on the event date.

We accept cash.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for all rented items from delivery until pickup.

Equipment must not be moved, altered, or subleased without written permission.

Damaged or missing items will be billed at replacement cost.

7. Liability and Insurance

DFW Party Services is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by misuse or negligence.

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure adequate supervision and compliance with safety guidelines.

Proof of insurance may be required for certain rentals or venues.

Any Damage done to property by our rental items without our supervision is termed as deny of any penality.

8. Weather Policy

Weather-related rescheduling may be allowed based on availability.

9. Prohibited Uses

Client agrees not to use the rental equipment:

On uneven or unsafe surfaces

In high winds or rain (if applicable)
